New with tags though good/fair condition: velvet has started to discolor leaving a slightly red tint and some areas of the skirt have pilled from rubbing against itself

- most noticeable is a small scuff on back shoulder - doesn't distract from this awesome jacket at all

I haven't tried to clean it
